Our third chat features Alex Brandwein, the Founder and Owner of Brandwein’s Bagels. In 2018, Brandwein came to UNC to pursue an MBA at the Kenan-Flagler Business School. When he was an MBA student, Brandwein noticed Chapel Hill was missing something: a downtown bagel shop.
