Hear how she’s navigated challenges across industries while shaping iconic organizations for lasting impact. As CEO and a member of the board of directors at Revlon, Peluso is leading a transformation of the company, driving consumer centricity and leveraging digital innovation to strengthen its iconic brands. She previously held senior leadership roles at CVS Health, IBM and Citigroup, and also served as CEO of Gilt Groupe and Travelocity. Earlier in her career, she founded Site59, an online travel company acquired by Travelocity, and began at Boston Consulting Group.
Peluso earned a B.A. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and an M.A. in philosophy, politics and economics from Oxford University as a Thouron Scholar. A White House Fellow, she also serves on Nike’s board.
