Join us for an engaging fireside chat with Stephanie Headley, senior vice president of North America skin care and global Olay at Procter & Gamble. The event is part of the Dean’s Speaker Series, hosted by the Kenan Institute in partnership with UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School Dean Mary Margaret Frank.
This event promises an in-depth exploration of resilient leadership navigating the complexities of today’s business landscape. The fireside chat will take place from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. EDT April 2 in Kenan Center Room 204.
Headley brings a wealth of experience from her leadership role in P&G’s Skin and Personal Care business, where she has led product and commercial innovation, particularly for the Olay brand. Recognized for her efforts in promoting an inclusive definition of leadership, STEM and beauty, Headley has been at the forefront of campaigns that challenge systemic biases and empower women to face anything fearlessly. She graduated from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Full-Time MBA Program (MBA ’03) and shares her instant connection with the program.
This session will explore the dynamic landscape of work, examining the shift toward and the reevaluation of hybrid and remote work arrangements, as well as the critical need for building resilient teams and organizations in the face of economic uncertainty and the overarching challenges in maintaining business resiliency.
The event is open to the public but requires pre-registration. Lunch will be provided.
