Tim Kundro

Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior, UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School

Tim Kundro’s research focuses on the complexities of morality and ethics at work. In particular, he investigates how employees respond to and manage (im)moral situations in the workplace.

He teaches courses in ethics and organizational behavior.

His research has been published in the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. It has been featured in Harvard Business Review, NPR and Fast Company.

Dr. Kundro has partnered with public, private, and federal organizations to conduct his research. He has also served as an expert witness.

He previously served on the faculty of the University of Notre Dame.

He received his PhD in management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and he graduated summa cum laude from Penn State University with a BS in psychology.
