Jack oversees graphic design for all institute initiatives and also provides web and technology support. He has over 17 years of experience in graphic and web design, and application development.

Prior to joining the institute, Jack was a systems analyst at the Durham Herald Sun and Powersolve.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University.
