Trends to Watch in 2025: January Economic Briefing

CHAPEL HILL, NC (January 8, 2024) – How could new federal policies affect the economy, and how might the Federal Reserve respond? Kenan Institute Chief Economist Gerald Cohen will look at these and other top-of-mind economic issues for 2025, along with the morning’s fresh employment numbers, during the institute’s monthly virtual briefing at 9 AM EST Friday, January 10.
